Air Tahiti is the domestic flights carrier and the fastest way to travel between the islands. After a 45-minute flight from Tahiti with the only one domestic airline Air Tahiti, you will see both islands, Raiatea and Taha’a. The island of Taha’a, Uporu by its ancient name, is located in the Society Islands, in the same lagoon as the island of Raiatea. Here’s your chance to see what your fellow yachties think about ocean cruising in Pacific Islands.

Moorea is a great spot for a relaxing holiday. Just try to find a place to stay at short notice during a long weekend. It is likely that the resorts will be crowded with people on holiday from Papeete. Moorea is not a huge island although the road that circles the coast is still 62 km in length and in that 62 km and on the side roads up into the mountain valleys you will find many features to enjoy. The majority of the resorts can be found in the north and north-west areas of the island. And what wonderful resorts they are! Options include International Resorts with overwater bungalows, Polynesian Spas, Dolphin Encounters, world-class entertainment, room service by outrigger canoe and much more. We also offer a variety of smaller, family-owned properties as well as special resorts that offer apartment-style accommodation with kitchen facilities.

Huahine, one of French Polynesia’s best kept secrets, is 40 minutes by air from Papeete, 35 minutes from Moorea or 35 minutes from Bora Bora. Huahine actually consists of 2 islands that are connected by a bridge. Its features are its amazing deep water lagoon where you can sail for kilometres in sheltered waters, its “country village” feeling and its welcoming inhabitants.

We can help you find a resort that is less expensive if you are looking for an affordable option. One of the delights of a stay on the “mainland” of Bora Bora is to stay in a more modest resort property within walking distance of shops, supermarkets and cafes where local people shop and dine. The Tikehau Pearl Beach Resort, located on Motu Tiano is a small islet on the coral reef. The resort is nested in a coconut plantation bordered by a beautiful white and pink sandy beach that you will reach after a 20 minutes transfer by boat.

The most dynamic of French Polynesia‚Äôs sun and sand is Tahiti, which is the largest of the archipelago’s other 118 islands. Its main city, Papeete, is a hub for local culture, traditional cuisine and provides access to the island’s natural marvels. Explore the island lush valleys full of hibiscus flowers, palms, and more.

The Coral Gardens are amazing and located near the resort. It was only my second snorkeling experience ever and I’m hooked! So many clients want to be able to snorkel without having to take a paid for excursion so the proximity to fabulous snorkeling is such an asset. With tourism returning to Tahiti, so too are activities and excursions. When you stand up paddle boarding or kayaking, or snorkeling, you won’t need to wear a mask. You won’t wear you mask as you jet ski across an azure blue lagoon with Mt Otemanu rising like a Greek Adonis draped in a blanket of rainforest that falls upon a sugar white sand beach. You won’t wear a mask while on an adventurous ATV ride that takes you to a lofty lookout where the incredible beauty of the lagoons becomes overwhelmingly apparent.

You must see the stunning sunsets and night sky displays to believe them. The scenic Air Tahiti flight departing from Papeete to Bora Bora takes just 50 minutes and is available several times a day. As soon as you catch sight of Bora Bora from the air you know that there is something very special in store ahead for you on this island, known all over the world as “The Romantic Island”.
